*The Small Print: Oil must be ordered, paid and then processed by our office to be deemed “complete.” Order processing takes place from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. Order processing does not take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. In the event that you have ordered outside of processing hours, or on Sundays and Bank Holidays we will process your order on the next available working day. Once your order is “complete”, we will endeavour to deliver your order within 48 hours.
Your online order will be confirmed by email from sales@tria.ie – this is your receipt and should be retained for your own record. Should you require a VAT receipt, please contact the office on 1800 407 407 or email sales@tria.ie quoting your order number in the subject. Mitigating factors that may impact this may include, but are not limited to; Adverse weather conditions, Incorrect order detail errors, Customer non-availability to meet delivery if required, and Delivery vehicle breakdown.
